Øyvind Skumlien (Uncle)

Øyvind skied his first freeride competition in Fernie, BC in 2003. Spending seasons in North America and the Alps, he has lived through the different phases of Norwegian freeskiing, from narrow telemark skis and leather boots, to freestyle twintips and deep snow/big mountain tools.

Based in Hemsedal, he will keep on with his passion. With a nose for quality equipment, he’s a great contributor in developing skis together with Stereo. This guy is more likely to find in a chair lift than with tech bindings, always in a good mood and with plenty of time.
